If you are not immediately taken to the page for filling in your card information, click on the link on the left side of the PayPal page above the credit card icons where it says "Don't have a PayPal account?". Clicking "continue" will take you to the right page. Some browsers will take you directly there, others don't. All donations are tax deductible.
